Seeking Online Customer Service Representatives to assist Customers via our website through live chat and support tickets. We currently have over 125 live support seesions and nearly 350 support tickets daily, and seek professional reps to help manage the load.
Applicants should be fluent and articulate in the english language. Customer Service background is highly preffered and superior typing skills and ability to handle a wide variety of problems is a must. Good Communication is key, you should be able to listen thoroughly to our customers, and be willing to find a handsome solution.
Base Pay is $13.35 per hour, with perfomance incentives which vary each month. Positions are available for all 3 shifts. If you feel you are qualified, and this position would be a good match for you, please submit your resumes to the attention of Angela.
